New Fitness Studio
World Class Personal Training (WCPT) opened its first fitness studio in a retail center in Herndon, Virginia. After several successful years of operation, WCPT’s original lease was set to expire. The suite next door had recently been vacated, and WCPT looked at several possible scenarios for its continuing operations:
- Renew their existing suite and stay in place,
- Renew their existing suite and lease the vacant suite next door and expand into the vacant suite to create a an studio twice the size of the original, or
- Lease the newly vacated suite, renovate it, and move the entire fitness studio next door.
After some analysis of how new equipment could be integrated into WCPT’s programs, WCPT realized that a new, more efficiently planned studio could be accomplished in a single suite. WCPT chose to lease the vacant suite next door and to renovate it to become a new fitness studio. Square-P® worked with WCPT to confirm layouts of new equipment, select new finishes, and design new lighting.
The new fitness studio provides a bright, no-nonsense setting for clients to train and enjoy the benefits of new equipment in a spacious layout with amenities such as back-lit mirrors, new restroom, new shower room, and new flooring.
