Partial Office Renovation
Diamond Solutions leased a completely built-out and partially furnished tenant suite that had previously been a branch office of a bank. The challenge of this project was to convert what had been the bank’s teller line into a conference room and to reconfigure the bank’s previous lobby area into a new reception area and new office for the CEO. The finished project used aluminum stick framing and glass to create the new conference room and new office. Other finishes were either matched or repaired at the interfaces between new and existing construction. The strategies used to select materials and to re-organize existing furnishings, lighting, and mechanical systems ensured that the new reception area, CEO’s office, and conference room provided both comfort and utility for staff and visitors while staying within a limited project budget.
