Swidler Berlin
Washington, DC
Washington Harbour, which overlooks the Potomac River in Georgetown, was the longtime home of law firm Swidler Berlin. When Swidler experienced growth requiring it to lease space across the street from Washington Harbour, the firm seized the opportunity to implement new design standards for the new tenant spaces and for the renovation of existing spaces at Washington Harbour. Swidler’s new standards included a neutral palette of white walls and woodwork, gray and white marbles, and specialty glass. This palette ensured a modern, timeless aesthetic that allowed specialty furnishings with warm wood tones, such as the new reception desk and board room table, to stand out.
Project design developed and managed by Peyton Pond while employed at OPX, PLLC.
